Furnished apartment with a private entrance located at the end of a detached house for winter residency. Views from the window and the atmospheric glass veranda to Saimaa and the Sulkava harbor. The apartment gets the morning sun. Central services such as shops and the local transport stop are within a 500-meter radius. Own parking spot available. The entrance is not accessible. The other room has a kitchen, dining table, and a fold-out sofa bed. The kitchen does not have an oven or a freezer, but a freezer can be placed on the veranda and an air fryer is available. The other room has a wardrobe, a desk, a TV, and two 90 cm wide beds. An air source heat pump cools/heats. Rent includes electricity, water fee is 20 €/person. Washing machine available at the other end of the house, with a usage fee of 2 €/wash. Use of the lakeside sauna can be separately negotiated.
