A small detached house available for short or long-term rent (duration negotiable) as per agreement. The house includes 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and covered terrace, with an area of approximately 60 square meters. The bathroom has been renovated in recent years. In addition, the floors in the living areas have been updated and the kitchen has been refreshed. The house has electric heating, but there is an almost new air source heat pump and a heat-retaining fireplace. Firewood can be made for personal use as much as one can manage to keep the house warm. Electricity, water, and sewage are according to consumption (own meters). In short-term rentals, costs are agreed separately. In the countryside, winters are dark and sometimes there is more or less snow, so we hope that the long-term tenant can handle a snow shovel (or has the ability to use an ATV). The house for rent is located almost in our home yard, where chickens and dogs roam freely, so other pets are negotiable, except for dogs. Of course, the yard of the rented house is fenced. The yard area can be modified to one's own liking, for example, to establish a vegetable or potato patch, as long as the places remain tidy. From the yard, you can directly access berry and mushroom forests. A modest lakeside sauna by Lake Niinijärvi and a hot tub located in the yard are available by agreement. A car is desirable as the gravel road is a good 2 km and public transport connections are poor. Distances: about 45 km to Helsinki city center, Nikkilä about 12 km, Porvoo about 23 km, Järvenpää about 26 km, and Kerava about 26 km. Credit information must be in order.
