The living room sofa is convertible and has a very sturdy mechanism, good for sleeping. The apartment has never been smoked in nor kept pets, and this will continue to be the case. The apartment is best suited for a single person or a couple, too small for a family with children :( An electric bike can be provided for a small fee if necessary. The apartment partly has a ceiling height of about 3m, making it feel spacious, larger, and bright, even though there aren't many square meters. The backyard is fenced, provides extra room to store a bicycle, sports equipment, etc. Very safe area, no dubious places nearby. The bus terminal is right on the property line, as well as a K-store and a post office point, and Sale is also nearby. The central hospital is 5 min. away, as are all the big supermarkets within 10 min. A suitable bike ride to the city center. The sun shines on our yard from morning until about 5:00 PM, making it pleasant for grilling in the crisp autumn air. We are primarily seeking a long contract (October 2026 - until the end of April 2027), but we can rent for a shorter period if we do not get a long-term tenant.
