I study outside Trollhättan and therefore rent out my apartment for an extended period. It is a cozy one-bedroom of 34 sqm, located a 15-minute walk from the Central Station, with proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and outdoor gyms. The apartment has an older but clean bathroom, as well as a newly renovated kitchen and living room. Rented furnished or unfurnished as needed. The rent is 6500 kronor per month, everything included (electricity, water, and internet). Free parking is available outside the house. I am looking for well-behaved, calm, and non-smoking tenants. References from previous tenants are available if needed.
