Nice and spacious 3-room apartment in the lower part of the city. The bathroom was renovated in -21 or -22. Parking space with engine heater... kind of. The fuse is enough for two cars without cabin heaters or one car with a cabin heater. (I usually don't use cabin heaters) The rent includes heating and water. Electricity is extra. Available for rent from September 1. Doing some wallpapering, refreshing. Should be finished before 9/1. Has a small plot of about 700 square meters. So if you want to plant things, that’s fine. I’m not a gardener myself. It’s an old house, so it can be a bit noisy but moderately. My son is allergic to fur, so no furry animals. Smoking is done outdoors. There is some flexibility with the rent, in exchange for snow shoveling/lawn mowing.
