ABOUT THE APARTMENT We offer apartments with good planning and a modern touch. An additional plus is the fine natural light through extra large floor-to-ceiling window sections. The kitchen is furnished in a modern dark tone and prepared for a dishwasher. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with both washing and drying facilities. The comfort in the apartment is modern class with underfloor heating throughout the apartment. THE RENT Included in the rent is an addition for broadband 100/100 and TV Lagom, the price is 300 SEK/month. Electricity and water - individual measurement. This means that you do not need to sign up for electricity or hot water. This is already arranged when you move into the apartment. We measure your consumption and invoice the cost in connection with your rent notice. A dishwasher is not available but can be added for 70 SEK per month. SURROUNDING AREA - TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS Vega is the district that is emerging as a vibrant place with mixed development in scenic surroundings. Transport connections are very good as you will live only a short walk to the commuter train that takes you to central Stockholm in about 25 minutes. Next to the house there is also the possibility to rent a parking space with priority for our residents. Only a stone's throw from the house you will find all conveniences with services and shopping including a grocery store, playground, gym, and restaurants.
