The apartment has a ground floor of 28m2 and a loft of 24m2 (approximately 1-1.88m ceiling height in the loft with sloped ceiling). The apartment offers a spacious living room and kitchen in an open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and two hotplates. The generous bathroom is modern and has a shower cabin. On the cozy loft, there is a 140 cm wide bed and plenty of storage space. The apartment has many windows that provide wonderful light, while the garden's greenery offers privacy. Outside there is a large deck and a fenced garden with apple trees, where there are also good opportunities for gardening for those interested. Parking on gravel and fast wifi via fiber are included. A washing machine is available in the main building, and access is given by agreement. The apartment is partially furnished with a sofa bed, dining table, bed, and storage furniture. The Area Charlottenberg is a nature-close and charming area with a rural feel. Around the neighborhood, grazing sheep and horses mix with other villas. The area offers nice forest trails, and Garnsviken is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is about 2 km away. We, who live in the main building, are a calm and respectful family.
