I am looking for a responsible and tidy person who can rent the furnished apartment for a year. The cozy, fresh apartment has everything one might need - dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sink, ladder, TV, sofa bed, coffee table, balcony with outdoor furniture, dining table and chairs, two dressers, kitchen, private bathroom, private storage space in the attic, etc. Why not enjoy the beautiful view during a coffee break on the balcony or a cozy movie night on the sofa with blankets and hot chocolate? ;) The apartment has a perfect location near a park, daycare, restaurants, and just a 17-minute walk to the city center and 14 minutes to the station. Videos of the apartment are available if you contact me. The rent includes everything except home insurance and electricity agreement, which need to be arranged by the tenant themselves. Parking is available for rent, but there is a waiting list for it. There is a bicycle rack outside the house. If anything happens or you have questions during the rental period, you can contact me or the association's contact person for assistance via phone. I also want to clarify now that Qasa charges a service fee of about 6%, equivalent to 477 SEK for my apartment (which is paid by the tenant to Qasa) in addition to the actual monthly fee of 8030 SEK to me. The electricity cost, which is added on top of the rent, usually ranges around 100-200 SEK per month (variable hourly rate).
