Hello! This advertisement is for a tenant who needs accommodation mainly as a weekly commuter. NOTE! Due to space constraints in the fridge and freezer, as well as the bathroom, we can only rent to a permanent tenant, but visits from friends and family are of course completely fine. My girlfriend and I live in a four-room apartment in Huddinge Centrum at Sjödalstorget 9, three minutes from the commuter train. Our subtenant since March 2022 will soon move out since he has invested in a condominium with his girlfriend. Thus, two rooms are made available, bedroom 2 (9 m2) and 3 (12 m2). All bedrooms have key locks with personal codes. My girlfriend works weekdays and is usually away between 5:35-15:00. I work on the commuter train as a station attendant. Half of my working days according to the schedule are in the morning and the other half in the evening within a time span of 6:15-21:45. Besides this, I also work in union activities, run a small business, and play the piano. Neither of us drink alcohol, take drugs, smoke cigarettes, or use snuff; we live a healthy life. The accommodation is social like in a communal living space, but without more cleaning responsibility than cleaning up after yourself, like after cooking and eating or clearing hair from the bathtub after showering. The rent is 4500 crowns per month for bedroom 2 without rent increases and it includes electricity, water, internet, cleaning products, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent for the apartment's washing machine, which is a Miele Supertronic with automatic detergent dosing. Only a 2000 SEK security deposit is required when handing over key and tag. A lease agreement is offered directly during the viewing, and you can of course register your residency at the address. For the lease agreement, it is required to show documentation of previous and current employment/studies, personal identity certificate which we can print on-site with Bank-ID, as well as something that shows you have capital with regular income. We always take a photo of ID/passport/driver’s license at the time of signing the contract. The room can be rented unfurnished or furnished. Available items apart from furniture include a bed measuring 120*200. NOTE! Currently, we only have some older pictures of bedroom 3 because our subtenant moving out has quite a bit of stuff in both bedrooms he rents with his girlfriend. From Huddinge, you can take the commuter train to Södermalm in 13 minutes and to Stockholm City in 16 minutes. There are even direct trains to Älvsjö (7 minutes), Solna (27 minutes), Arlanda (57 minutes), and Uppsala (75 minutes).
