The starting point is that I will live in the apartment myself and rent out the other two bedrooms as a shared living arrangement. However, I am also open to renting out the entire apartment, either to one person or several who want to live together. Both shorter and longer rental periods can be considered. Location: The bus stop is located right outside the apartment complex and takes you directly to Stavanger city center in about 16 minutes. The city center is the city's hub with both a bus terminal and a train station. The bus also takes you to AMFI Madla in about 3 minutes. The University of Stavanger is only a 10–15 minute walk away from the apartment. SUS is located nearby. Groceries are easily accessible with Coop Extra right next to the apartment. Within short walking distance, you will also find Bunnpris, and a little further away are Kiwi, Joker, and Brustadbua. The area offers great opportunities for walks and runs. Nearby, you'll find the idyllic Stavanger Botanical Garden, which is especially beautiful in spring and summer when the flowers are at their best. About the apartment: The apartment has an open kitchen and living room layout. The kitchen is large and spacious with ample cupboard and storage space. Additionally, the apartment has its own laundry room with good storage space. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The apartment is on the third floor and offers a great view from both the bedrooms and the enclosed balcony. As a bonus, the apartment has recently acquired a completely new and significantly extended terrace, providing even better outdoor space and fantastic views. The terrace is newly built and will be furnished as soon as the ongoing work in the area is completed. It is large, bright, and open, with excellent sun conditions throughout the day. Here you can enjoy both the view and the sun in peaceful surroundings. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with everything you need in daily life within short distances.
