We are a family with small children who wish to rent out the basement apartment in our detached house. Therefore, we are looking for a quiet tenant who understands that occasional noise from children in the floor above may be heard. The apartment is about 75 square meters and consists of: * Two spacious bedrooms * Bathroom with bathtub (a shower cabin will be installed instead of the bathtub soon) * Own laundry room (washing machine included) * Kitchen and living room in an open plan, with a natural division into zones (the dishwasher is not shown in the pictures but is included) * Large windows providing plenty of natural light Electricity and internet are included in the rent at normal usage. We preferably desire long-term rental. The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished by agreement. Smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed. We are looking for a quiet, reliable, and respectful tenant. References from previous rental relationships are an advantage. The apartment is approved for rental and has large windows approved as emergency exits. The house is located in a quiet and pleasant area, with only one minute's walk to the bus stop and a short distance to shops, school, kindergarten, sea, and great hiking areas. Downtown Stavanger can be reached in about 20 minutes by bus (several departures per hour). There are also parking possibilities in the street. The apartment is immediately available and can be taken over by agreement. We would like the moving in to occur by or during September.
