NOTE! The processing for my application to rent out can take up to 8 weeks, I want to rent out the apartment as soon as possible but need to have you who will rent from me included in my application. Therefore, the moving date is currently not fully set, but we need to agree on a date that works :) A functional two-room apartment in southern Guldheden! Close to Sahlgrenska and Chalmers, GU is also easily accessible. 11 minutes to Brunnsparken and Linneplatsen. Bus 63 two minutes away, tram 10 four minutes away. You also have Södermalmsgatan 10 minutes away where there are more buses and Wavrinskys plats a fifteen-minute walk away. The floor plan is typical of a 1950s apartment, well-planned with all rooms separate. The kitchen is original from the 50s, I have a countertop dishwasher that works perfectly for one to two people. The kitchen is large, with a cold pantry and plenty of storage. The bedroom can accommodate an 180 cm bed without any problems, two wardrobes are built in. The living room is cozy, spacious, and bright. The bathroom was renovated two years ago due to a water leak, so it has a new floor and bathtub. The entire building is planned to undergo pipe renovation in a year or so, but it will probably take more than a year for them to start the work in this apartment. The area is quiet, as is the stairwell. The laundry room may look old but it's great, three washing machines and two dryers plus a whole drying room. You usually find times available, evening slots one week in advance. I really enjoy this apartment and would love to keep it as long as possible. However, now I am moving in with a partner so I want to rent it out! I would like to rent it furnished, with TV and everything. There is an option to remove some furniture but otherwise, the apartment is rented as it is. The rent includes electricity and broadband as well as a certain amount for the furniture. The price is for 2026, during 2027 my rent will increase and then your rent will increase by the same amount.
