Welcome to my cozy studio on Hisingen! I'm looking for a responsible, tidy, and respectful tenant (or couple) to rent my furnished 43 m² studio apartment with an open floor plan while I'm away. This has been my home for several years, and I'm hoping to find someone who will treat it with the same care and respect. Home layout The apartment is a bright and comfortable 43 m² furnished studio with an open floor plan, giving it a spacious feel. It's located on Hisingen, about a 15-minute walk from Wieselgrensplatsen, with convenient public transport, grocery stores, and other amenities nearby. Wieselgrensplatsen is about a 15-minute walk away, making commuting around the city simple. Why I'm renting out the home I'll be studying in Stockholm for the foreseeable future, so I'm looking for someone to enjoy my apartment and take good care of it while I'm away. A few notes I'm ideally looking for a tenant who can stay for at least one year. Couples are welcome. The apartment is non-smoking. I'm looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and considerate.
