Hello, Part of a townhouse (lower floor) with its own entrance and access to its own kitchen/bathroom. My daughter and I live on the upper floor with our own entrance. The following are included in the rental cost: - 1 bedroom - kitchen (fully equipped, without microwave) - bathroom (with shower cabin) - washing machine - own entrance - kitchen area (table and chairs) - patio - access to parking space (for all neighbors) - internet/Wifi (not included) Other: - 2-3 minutes walking distance to the bus station (5-minute bus ride to Rönninge station) - There is an additional bedroom on the same floor which is currently empty; if another bedroom is needed (e.g., if there are two people or a slightly larger family), this can be discussed on-site. You as a tenant need to have: - Swedish ID/passport - need to have an income - have references for previous housing - good experience in taking care of a residence - deposit (1 month’s rent) Note: - The room is rented only to female tenants, and possibly the entire lower floor (bedrooms 1 and 2) to a smaller family (parents + 2 children). - Male tenants should not bother to express interest in the accommodation. - We will ONLY respond to the expressions of interest that we deem appropriate based on our criteria.
