Fixed-term rental agreement for the period 1.9.2026–31.5.2027. A longer or shorter rental period can also be agreed! A through-apartment located on the 3rd floor of the building. All rooms are accessed from the hallway. The living room leads out to a glazed balcony, which opens onto a spacious inner courtyard facing Helsinginkuja. The bedroom has a new bed. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as a Jura coffee machine. If needed, it can be agreed that some smaller items are also left in the apartment (e.g. kitchen utensils and dishes, towels and sheets). The bathroom was renovated as part of the 2017 pipe renovation. The apartment has access to the housing company's internet. Location: Transport connections are excellent: it's only 400 meters to Sörnäinen metro station, and the area is served by several bus and tram lines (on Helsinginkatu, Aleksis Kiven katu, and Hämeentie). There are also several city bike stations nearby. Near the apartment there are grocery stores (e.g. S-market Vallila) as well as several restaurants and cafés. Rental terms: Rent €1,090/month (includes a parking space and use of the laundry room) Water charge €20/person/month The tenant arranges their own electricity contract. It is also possible to include electricity in the rental agreement. The tenant must take out home insurance. Security deposit: an amount equivalent to one month's rent No pets, no smoking. Credit information must be in good standing.
