We are renting out a spacious and charming 2-room apartment in our detached house at Risløkka. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a private entrance and consists of a living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), hallway, one bedroom, and bathroom. The apartment is partially furnished. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a washing machine. A small patio will be built at the back of the house for use by the tenant (other garden/outdoor areas are for private use). Internet is included in the rent, electricity is extra. There is street parking. Centrally located, 14 minutes walk to Økern T metro station and 4 minutes walk to bus 60. The metro takes you to the Fitness Center (Feel24) 200 meters from the residence. The rest of the house is occupied by us, a family with three children aged 8-13, a cat, and a small flock of chickens :) We are looking for a calm, pleasant, and responsible tenant who takes good care of the apartment and has stable finances. We do not accept NAV guarantees. We are looking for a tenant or a couple. We appreciate good communication and notification if something should arise. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
