Hello everyone! Due to cohabitation, we're renting out my boyfriend's studio apartment in Högsbohöjd from October 1st. It's an open floor plan of 35 sqm on the fourth floor. Newly built property since 2022. The apartment is rented out unfurnished. If partially furnished is desired, there is a bed frame, etc., that we can discuss further if needed. The bathroom is prepared for a washing machine, otherwise there is one in the building that is easy to book. The apartment has a large balcony facing the courtyard, in addition to a large rooftop terrace, lounge, and outdoor area for free use as a tenant. Right outside there is ICA, a gym, nature trails, and close to Axel Dahlström's square and Frölunda square. Bus 16 is right outside the door and there's a close connection to Marklandsplatsen where many public transport connections are available to get around the whole of Gothenburg. Move-in from October 1st.
