We are now renting out our lovely townhouse in the calm and family-friendly Vikingstad due to studies in another location. The house has consistently white-washed parquet flooring and white walls with well-chosen details and materials in the kitchen. The townhouse is distributed over five rooms and two floors, offering great opportunities for both a home office, guest room, and social areas. Commuter trains (walking and cycling distance) are available in Vikingstad, taking about 6 minutes to Linköping. Bicycle and car routes as well as bus connections to Malmen Airport. In Vikingstad, there is an ICA store, pizzeria, hairdresser, school, and preschool. The house has its own patio/terrace with a small lawn and gardening possibilities, where a storage room is also available for storing, e.g., lawn mowers, bicycles, etc. A parking space is included with the house in close proximity, where a private charging station is also installed. Storage spaces internally include under the stairs, a walk-in closet on the upper floor, and fixed wardrobes in all bedrooms. Appliances: Full-size fridge and freezer. Dishwasher. Electricity and heating consumption: The cost for household electricity, district heating, and possible charging of the car is additional based on actual use.
