The usable space in the loft is about 7 m², so the total space in the apartment is almost 28 m². The east-facing terrace is tiled and sheltered by a canopy, and in front of it is a small private grass yard. Morning coffee in the yard is therefore only a door opening away. The yard is for the resident's own use, and its maintenance is agreed upon in the rental contract. The apartment also includes its own heated storage cage. There is a covered space for bicycles in the yard, and an outdoor equipment/bike storage is also available. The nearest shop is a few hundred meters away, and it's a little over a ten-minute walk to the Kaukajärvi beach and outdoor trails. The wider services of Kaukajärvi are a couple of kilometers away. The buses of line 8 run right next to the apartment to the city center and Hervanta. Rent 590 €/month. Additionally, water fee is 20 €/person/month and your own electricity contract.
