Hi! I am renting out a room in Stockholm’s calmest and nicest mini collective. The room is located in Farsta Centrum. Three minutes from the metro and close to a lake where you can go swimming and beautiful walking areas. The room is about 20 sqm and is connected to the hallway and is rented out furnished with sofas, a desk and a 140 cm bed. We share a kitchen with a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a washing machine in the apartment in addition to access to the laundry room. The rent is 7000 SEK and fast broadband is included. In the home there are cats that move freely in the common areas so it is a big plus if you are an animal lover. We who live here form a very calm collective. I study in another city and therefore rent out my own room at least until May 2027 but with a big chance of extension. The most important thing is that one feels comfortable and feels that one has a home where one can recover and have one’s private sanctuary and take good care of the apartment. The apartment is a cooperative (bostadsrätt) and you who rent will be a lodger and get such a contract at least until the end of May or June 2027. We are looking for someone who is calm and orderly, a kind person, and since those who live here now are the kindest, best roommates one can imagine (I know because I have had the luxury of living with them until now).
