An idyllic, smaller-sized house for affordable living. Located in a peaceful area. Approximately 300 m to the Tornio River, 600 m to the shop, and 1100 m to the school. The house is carefully built and well-maintained. However, the bathroom needs updating. An extension was made to the house in 1984, and the yard building was constructed in 1995. Half of the storage is insulated and can be heated with electricity. The roof was renewed in 1995. In 2001, a triple boiler (oil, wood, electricity) was installed, and the oil tank was replaced. The house also has an air source heat pump. An accessible toilet was built in 2020.
