We rent out our rental unit located in our large garage. Separate entrance with private location. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and in good condition. Electricity, internet, hot water, garbage collection all included in the rent. We wish for a tenant who can take care of an apartment and is pet and smoke free. Bus to Märsta station outside the house on the main road about 5 minutes travel, 10 minutes walking distance to Märsta station. If you have any questions and concerns, please contact us.
