I am renting out my cozy and well-planned apartment in Linero, Lund for a year while I live elsewhere. The apartment is 83 sqm and consists of two bedrooms with a total of three beds, a large living room with TV, an east-facing balcony, a kitchen with space for a small dining table, and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a desk for studying or working from home. The rent includes electricity, internet, and parking space if needed. The apartment is rented out furnished. The balcony enjoys lovely morning sun and the property is located in a quiet and safe area with quiet evenings. The laundry room is one floor up and it is usually easy to get a laundry slot. In the vicinity, there are ICA, a pharmacy, a health center, a library, a gym, green areas, and walking paths. Linero IP and Vikingahallen are also nearby. There are good bus connections to Lund's city center, and both Lund University and especially LTH are easily accessible by bike. I am looking for a responsible and reliable tenant with organized finances. References are beneficial but not a requirement. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
