The apartment underwent a complete renovation (kitchen, bathroom, and all surfaces) a couple of years ago and is therefore in very good condition. The apartment is furnished and lighter kitchen equipment such as cutlery, plates, pot, and pan will be available. If more is desired, the tenant may need to supplement. The tenant is responsible for bed linen, towels, and the like. Cozy courtyard with patio and barbecue facilities. Heating, water, internet (100 mbit), and TV channels are included in the rent. Electricity subscription is signed and paid by the tenant. One month's rent as a deposit. I will not need the apartment during the coming year but will likely rent it out for longer than that.
