I am renting out my condominium, a central two-room apartment in the west of Lund, five to eight minutes' walk to the center. Access to public transport and very close to Lund central station. A very nice and bright corner apartment fully furnished and with all amenities. Since this is my private residence, where I will leave all my belongings, I am looking for a clean, very responsible, and calm person who, during the rental period, will take good care of the home. I prefer older applicants. No parties are allowed. The rental can be a maximum of between 5 to 6 months. Rent out to 1 person only!
