Live in your own house in the archipelago. We rent out our Attefall house of 25 m2 to a well-behaved person, preferably a student, from the first of September to May 2027. The house is beautifully and quietly located in the southwestern part of Brännö. Small sea view. The house is of high standard and has all necessary equipment. Twenty square meter large veranda. The following are included: electricity, water, TV, broadband, washing machine with dryer, garbage collection, air heat pump. Rent 5660:- (+ 4.95% fee). No smokers, no pets. Good references are desired. Archipelago life means about an hour's transport (bike, ferry, express bus/tram) from the house to the center.
