Townhouse with a gross area of ~160 m² over two floors. The plot area is ~511 m². Room available: The room is on the ground floor and costs 7000,-/month (NOT included electricity and heating). We are looking for a student or person with a steady job, who is calm and tidy. The residence is located in Ganddal. This is a quiet residential area that is very central, it takes less than 1 minute to walk to bus stops 5 minutes to walk to Kiwi 10 minutes to Obs bygg. The room has a large wardrobe with plenty of space. General: Internet (Wifi) is included in the rent. Electricity comes in addition and is divided among the tenants. Contents on TV must be provided by yourself (Use internet. Cable/satellite is not installed). Parking: Street parking in the zone The residence is a semi-detached house. Maximum 1 person per room. Smoking indoors is not allowed. The same applies to pets. It is of course permitted to have visitors, but this is not a party venue.
