It is easy for two people to live here without feeling cramped. The apartment is at the top of the house (except for the attic) so the balcony has no roof, with wonderful views and sun from morning to evening. The apartment is in very good condition, for example, newly painted in both the bedroom and living room. The bathroom is fully tiled with a tiled floor and with a lovely cast iron bathtub. The apartment is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. I can either remove furniture or furnish more as needed. Electricity and broadband are included in the rent. It is in a fantastic location on Kungsholmen, close to both greenery, water, and the city's pulse. Rålambshovsparken, Norr Mälarstrand's beautiful promenade and Fredhäll's cliffs are a short walking distance away. Around the corner, there is all the service you might need – grocery store, pharmacy, bank, postal service and Systembolaget. The transportation is excellent – the inner city buses 1 and 61 stop right next door, and Thorildsplan subway station is only 350 meters away. Fridhemsplan is a short walk away but can be quickly reached by subway or bus. Nearby beaches include Smedsuddsbadet, Fredhällsbadet, and Fredhäll's charming bathing cliffs. If you're really eager to swim, there is also a simpler beach 200 m from the house. It's like living in the calm outside the city but within the city. I have loved this location and living in the house but will now move in with my partner.
