Bright top floor apartment with views in three directions – Näckrosen, Solna After 20 years in the IT industry, I have decided to change direction and pursue further studies. The education lasts for one year, and during that time I am renting out my home. This is an apartment that my ten-year-old son and I have been incredibly happy in, and now I am looking for someone who can take care of it while I study (from September 20th and for a year ahead). About the apartment The apartment has 2 rooms, is 62 sqm, and is located at the top of the building with an elevator. Views in three of the four directions. The light follows throughout the day with sunrise in the kitchen and sunset on the balcony as well as in the living room and bedroom. There are high ceilings and wooden floors throughout, which gives a spacious and homely feel. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, hallway, and bedroom. The balcony accommodates a 2-seater sofa, table, and chairs. The kitchen is angled with plenty of space to cook together and seating for many around the table. The bathroom is fully tiled with a bathtub and its own washing machine. There is a laundry room in the house if you need to wash larger items. Location Näckrosen subway is right next door, and it takes about ten minutes to T-centralen with the blue line. Two grocery stores, both Coop and Ica Nära, are less than five minutes away on foot. Råsta and Lötsjön are just 5–10 minutes away and are incredibly nice for walks, runs, or a coffee by the water. Furnishing The apartment is rented fully furnished, but it can be adjusted if you have your own things you wish to bring. The following are included: Bed, chest of drawers, sofa, coffee table, TV stand, TV, kitchen sofa, dining table with chairs, microwave, kettle, blender, espresso machine, and internet router. The child's bed in the living room can be dismantled if you do not need it. Practicalities The rental applies from September 20th, 2026, and for a year ahead (a slightly earlier move-in can possibly be discussed). I am keen to find someone who will enjoy living here and take care of the apartment as if it were their own home. Please write a few lines about who you are – it tells me more than a form.
