I'm looking for a lodger for my two-room apartment at ground level in a nice and quiet row house area. I'm renting out about 10 m², a bedroom with access to a patio. The bedroom faces Gula Stigen's forest in the south. The room you are renting is furnished with • Bed • Nightstand • Chest of drawers • Clothes rack There is also a desk and shelves that are mine, they don't fit elsewhere, but I don't use them without your permission. Unfortunately, there are no opportunities for you to bring in your own furniture, except possibly something smaller. Additionally, there are about 53.7 m² of shared space: • Large living room facing south with access to the patio • Kitchen facing the courtyard to the north • Bathroom with toilet and bathtub • Long narrow hallway with entrance without stairs • Patio (the deer are real) • Shared laundry room in the yard • Internet via fiber (100/100) included in the rent • Water and electricity included in the rent • Unfortunately limited storage space • Parking is NOT included The advertised rent is the one applicable on the publication date, but I reserve the right for upcoming rent increases that will reflect the increases from Uppsalahem. It is important to note that I sleep in the living room and can sleep a lot, which does not always provide free access to the living room. However, I'm not easily disturbed. COMMUNICATION I am a responsible and positive person who values good communication and mutual respect. For me, it is important to have an ongoing dialogue, preferably through regular check-ins, so that any needs or problems can be addressed in time. I am solution-oriented and keen to ensure that the living situation functions smoothly and securely for all parties. It is therefore helpful if you as a person are also open to this. ABOUT THE AREA Outside the patio is Gula Stigen's forest with walking trails, and barely five minutes away is Gottsundagipen, where there are ski trails in winter. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Gottsunda center, where there are grocery stores, a healthcare center, a library, a café, restaurants, shops, and a bus stop for several lines. Bus 3 passes Dirigentvägen, and bus 7 has its terminal stop a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 30-45 minutes to cycle to Uppsala center. Vårdsätraskogen is about a 10-minute walk away.
