The rent includes internet, water. Please note that a separate electricity meter is installed. Electricity consumption will thus be measured and billed separately based on actual consumption. There is a sleeping alcove with a 120cm bed with blackout curtain and blackout drape and a sofa bed that is 130cm wide, where there are regular blinds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined microwave/regular oven, coffee maker, kettle, airfryer. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Drop-leaf table with 4 drop-leaf chairs. Having a freezer in the cold storage might possibly work. The fridge, stove, oven, and washing machine are from 2020 but since my daughter has hardly used them, they are like new. The countertop dishwasher was bought second-hand in 2020 and has worked well. Since I have chosen to install a washer and dryer in the bathroom, it is quite cramped to get into the shower. The hot water heater is small, which means if there are many people, not everyone can shower simultaneously. You can only run one machine at a time and therefore need to switch sockets. The patio has space for 4 people and a grill. If you want to go hiking, there are several opportunities for lovely forest walks. There is a swimming lake about 10 minutes away by car and more lakes within 15–20 minutes by car and to the sea in about 20–30. The commuter train takes you to Kungsbacka (6min), Hede - Fashion Outlet (3min) and Liseberg (15min), Gothenburg 21 min. I am renting out my Attefall house since my children have now moved out. My current tenant needs to move suddenly, which means that moving in can happen immediately. The time for rental can be discussed.
