Vi har en nyrenoverad del av vårt hus till uthyrning, möblerat rum och separat fullt utrustat kök 20 kvm samt egen toalett/dusch. Söker en skötsam person, gärna student (ej par) som är djur/rökfri. Inflyttning fr. 1/9 2026, i vår villa i Näsbypark, Täby. Har haft inneboende studenter tidigare som pluggat på KTH och Stockholms Universitet och det har fungerat mycket bra. Vi har naturen och vattnet runt hörnet, men det är fortfarande nära till city där jag själv arbetar. Det är bra kommunikationer från vårt hus - ca. 3 min promenad till Roslagsbanan som går till Tekniska Högskolan (tar ca.17 min). Busshållplatsen vid tomthörnet till Täby Centrum. Tränings anläggningar, fina motionsspår och mat butik runt hörnet. Tillgång till tvättmaskin/torktumlare finns (delas med oss). Bredband(trådlöst), el, och vatten ingår. Hyran är 5800:-, vid inflyttning + en månads deposition (5800:-) som återbetalas vid utflyttning och ut städning. Uppsägningstid en månad. Looking for a well-mannered person, preferably a student (not a couple) who is pet/smoke-free. Move-in from 1/9 2026, in our villa in Näsbypark, Täby. We have had students living in the past who studied at KTH and Stockholm University and it has worked very well. We have nature and water around the corner, but it is still close to the city where I also work. There are good communications from our house - approx. 3 min walk to Roslagsbanan which goes to the Technical University (takes approx. 17 min). The bus stop at the corner of our house to Täby Center. Fitness facilities, nice exercise tracks and grocery store around the corner. Access to washing machine/dryer is available (shared with us). Broadband (wireless), electricity, and water included. The rent is 5800:-, upon moving in + one month's deposit (5800:-) which is refunded upon moving out and cleaning. Notice period one month.
