It takes 12 minutes to Älvsjö by bus, about 20 minutes to Södermalm by subway/green line. There are good cheap grocery stores nearby (Matdax, Lidl, and ICA), it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the subway, 2 minutes to the bus going towards Högdalen/Älvsjö. You have access to your own bedroom, shared bathroom with a bathtub, kitchen, living room, balcony. My son works nights and I work days - part-time. - Deposit of 4000, which is refunded upon move-out - No pets - Suitable for one person - Smoking on the balcony is allowed - You can be registered at the address - Contract for 6 months at a time, but you have one month's notice as a tenant - We write the agreement after we have met - You should be able to clean up after yourself The rent includes heating, electricity, wifi, and TV.
