Hello, We are only looking for a female guest. We have rented out a room for the past 12 years to students. We are a couple with a little boy (6 years old). The place is close to SLU and has good bus and cycling distances to many of Uppsala University's campuses. It takes 15-18 minutes by bus and bike to BMC, Polacksbacken, Ångström, EBC, Blåsenhus. 14 minutes by bus to SLU. Large supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk/2-minute bike ride. We have had many girls from Greece, France, Germany, and Sweden. If you are looking for a safe place and a homey environment, you are welcome! Furnished, everything is included in the rent (electricity, heating, water, wifi). Full access to kitchen with accessories. Again: the room is only for a female guest.
