I will be trying to live with my partner and therefore I am renting out my apartment on Nackagatan 3 in Södermalm. The apartment is on the 7th floor and is incredibly bright, completely private, and with a fantastic view over, among other places, Globen, Hammarbybacken, and Sofia Church. It is truly an apartment that looks much better in real life than in pictures. Right next door is the building's shared rooftop terrace with an orangery, which can be booked. A very special bonus with the apartment. The apartment is newly built about 3 years ago and consists of 2 rooms and a kitchen as well as a smaller extra space in the hallway. I have previously used it as a home office, but today it is used as storage. The space is separated by a curtain and has no separate wall/door. Rent: 17,000 SEK/month Location: Nackagatan 3, Södermalm Floor: 7 Move-in: Flexible, but preferably as soon as possible Rental period: Until January 31st to start with The plan is to try living with my partner for a longer period, and the idea is to be able to rent out the apartment for up to a year if everything works out well. To begin with, I am looking for someone until the end of January, with a good possibility of extension thereafter. The rental is done second-hand with the landlord's approval.
