Smestad subway/bus stop only 5 minutes' walk away, Borgen subway 7 minutes away, Vinderen subway 10 minutes away. About 15 minutes' walk to Blindern and 20 minutes' walk to Rikshospitalet. Frogner Park about 10-15 minutes' walk. The studio/apartment has a separate entrance with tiled floors and underfloor heating on all floors.
