Apartment in a villa near Ekerö center for rent to one (1) quiet person without pets. The apartment is centrally located in Ekerö, 5 minutes walk from Ekerö center with all local services. Excellent bus connections from the Tappström stop where the bus departs every other minute during rush hour. 12 minutes to the Brommaplan subway. Commuter boat no. 89 also goes to the city 300 meters from the door if you prefer to take the boat using the SL ticket (it takes a little longer but is very cozy and goes all the way into the city without changes and you can have breakfast onboard). Nature is right outside your door, with forest areas, Ekebyhov Castle Park, nice jogging trails, a beach, and about 1 km to the ski slope. The apartment is fully complete for a small household and is 100% separate from the other parts of the house with its own entrance. Here you can live peacefully and safely. Kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Toilet with shower cabin and washing machine. Height-adjustable electric bed (functions both as a sofa and a bed). Wardrobe. Small enclosed patio. Rent includes everything, such as broadband (fast fiber at 250/100 Mbps), electricity, water, heating, waste collection, and parking space outside the door. Nothing is added beyond the rent. We who live here are a family with three children and a friendly golden retriever. We are accustomed to tenants and have rented out for a long time. Note that we preferably accept applications from people with a calm and orderly life. We prefer that you have references from previous residences. We don't mind if you smoke, but it does not occur in the apartment or on the property. There are nice outdoor environments for this where you can also be alone. If you enjoy your stay here, you can remain as long as you wish. Rent is paid monthly in advance, and an extra month's rent is taken as a deposit, which is refunded upon moving out.
