Furnished family villa in Nacka – 15 min to Stockholm C We are renting out our newly renovated and fully furnished house in Nysätra, Sickla/Nacka, during the period October 28, 2026–January 3, 2027. The house is particularly suitable for a family who needs a temporary home for a limited period, for example between two homes, during a renovation, or for an international family who will live and work in Stockholm for a period. The house has about 150 sqm of living space plus 65 sqm of secondary area and is located in a quiet, private location with views over the lake, park, and forest. You live close to nature while Stockholm city can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus. The bus stop is about 100 meters from the house and the buses run frequently. On the entrance floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, of which the master bedroom has a 210 cm wide bed and direct access to the patio. There is also an extra children's/playroom with plenty of toys, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a living room with large windows and views over the water, and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. In the basement, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a desk with space for working from home, a second bathroom, laundry room, sauna, and gym/playroom. Parts of the basement are used as our private storage during the rental. The house is perfect for 4-5 people but can accommodate up to 7 people, and it is our own home, not a rental property. This means it is fully equipped for a functional everyday life – with everything from kitchen equipment and washing machine/dryer to workspaces, toys, grill, and outdoor furniture. Outside, there is a large, private patio, a south-facing balcony, and 25 meters to a park and swimming area. Parking space is included. Fiber broadband, electricity, heating, and water are also included in the rent. The location is particularly good for a family with children. The Nacka Reserve is right next door and Sickla Shopping Quarter with grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants, cafes, shopping, and other services is about five minutes away. There is a bathing jetty 25 meters from the house and several swimming areas in the vicinity – although that advantage is more relevant during other parts of the year. 😊 We are looking for a responsible tenant who wants to take care of the house as their own, as we will be living abroad during this period. Families are warmly welcome, as are companies looking for temporary furnished accommodation for an employee or international family.
