Room for rent to a responsible student – calm and safe home close to centre, train station and nature A pleasant room is available for rent to a calm, responsible and tidy student looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay during their studies. The room is rented out for 6–12 months, with the possibility of extension if everything works well. The home is suitable for someone who values a quiet, respectful and well-organised living environment. The landlord travels frequently and is usually only at home around 2–3 days per week, which gives the home a calm and private feeling. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the centre with around 90 shops, commuter train, services, schools, green areas, nature and forest. IKEA Barkarby is about 9 minutes by car, Stockholm city about 18 minutes, Karolinska about 14 minutes and Arlanda about 35 minutes. Water is included in the rent. Electricity and broadband are paid separately by the tenant based on actual cost/usage. I am looking for a student who is non-smoking, tidy, calm and respectful. The accommodation is for one person only. Pets, guests and visitors are not allowed by agreement, as the home should remain calm, safe and private. Before signing the contract, the following documents/information are requested: Student certificate or admission letter Information about the course/programme and study period Reference, for example from a previous landlord, employer or other relevant person Proof of ability to pay, such as CSN/student finance decision, payslip or bank statement where private transactions may be hidden Deposit according to agreement If interested, please write a short introduction about yourself, what you study, how long you wish to rent and when you would like to move in.
