Välkommen att bo i ett charmigt ”litet” hus i Solhem/Spånga. Bo mitt i villaidyllen, i närheten finns transport med pendeltåg in till Stockholms city på ca 12 min, även buss till Brommaplan, Kista och Vällingby. Huset är modernt med möjlighet för boende 1-2 personer. Badrum med tvättmaskin, toalett och dusch. Kök med ugn/spis, kyl, frysfack och diskmaskin, sitt/matplats och bäddsoffa. Ett rum för tex arbetsrum el förvaring. Sovloft. Fin uteplats med trätrappa, stenläggning och gräsmatta. Huset är på 25 kvm + loftutrymme Grundhyra 10 000 kr Ingår i hyra: Vatten, El, Sophämtning, parkeringsmöjlighet på gatan. Enklare möblering och köksredskap. It is warm and cozy in the winter, and in the summers you can have a bbq on the lawn and grow flowers and vegetables in the garden. Tim and Linda were fantastic landlords. It’s thoughtfully laid out—the space is well-planned and functional. The living room, with windows on three walls, fills with generous natural light, which is especially important during winter. It also has a small yard that any person with a green thumb would greatly enjoy gardening in. Linda and Tim, the friendly owners, promptly address any concerns we have. The neighborhood, perfect for walks, also offers convenient access to public transport, with ICA, Coop, Coop Stora, and Lidl all within walking distance. Initially, we thought the space would be small, but its smart design made it feel welcoming and well laid out, making working from home enjoyable. The little red house’s privacy also allowed us to enjoy our evenings without worrying about disturbing anyone, which was a first for us after living in apartments. It has its charm.
