Estimate in winter approx. 1000kwh (€160/month) Estimate in summer approx. 500kwh (€80/month) An air source heat pump is installed and mainly handles the heating, but additional underfloor heating is available if needed. Water according to consumption. Waste according to consumption. Snow removal fee estimated (€200-€300/year) Some kind of outdoor sauna/cart sauna is planned, but the timing is not yet known.
