We rent out part of our villa until summer 2027. The house is available for rent approximately during the school term. The house is located 27 kilometers south of Visby in Västergarn. It is a large representative villa in turn-of-the-century style with many old-fashioned details. The house also benefits from evening sun, a glimpse of the sea, and large lovely green areas. Västergarn is a nice small coastal community near Sweden's best golf course and we also have a fishing location, nice bathing place with a beach and pier. The house is located near the bus stop on road 140 where bus 10 goes to Visby once an hour. Visby is 20 minutes away and Klintehamn is 7 km away, where you have the nearest grocery store and there is also a school up to grade 9. Here you can also find a building trade, pharmacy, kiosk, flower shop, pizzeria, etc. The house has: Sun all day Large lawn Large veranda You have access to: 3 bedrooms, including a lovely master bedroom 1 bright living room downstairs 1 large loft upstairs for additional hangout space and maybe TV number 2 1 large lovely country kitchen with large light influx 1 WC with bathtub upstairs. When I'm there, I have access to the 2 guest rooms downstairs as well as the bathroom downstairs with a shower. Essentially with its own entrance. When I'm there, I only live in the two rooms and mostly stay in the garden and barns :-) The house is rented out for 15,000/month - cold rent. Additional fees apply for your consumption of electricity, heating, TV, fiber/internet, water and waste collection. Deductions for water and electricity when I'm there. In the house, there is also Westergarn’s General Store which is open all summer and also during autumn breaks, major holidays like Christmas and Easter. The store is in the same house but is separated and has its own entrance - you have access to the store's laundry room which is a shared space. You should be generous with your privacy as there may be some activity on the farm. We are looking for pleasant tenants who like and are used to taking responsibility for a house. Please describe who you are and what your situation is. If you have experience with houses and like taking care of a garden, that’s a plus.
