Kolfatsbacken, Skogås

The Attefall house on our property is well-maintained and furnished. It is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft. A combined washing machine/dryer is available and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as some kitchenware. Wifi, electricity, and water are included. Rented out furnished but if you want your own furniture we can move everything out. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the commuter train in Skogås. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you either to Haninge Centrum or towards Farsta Centrum via the commuter train station in Skogås. The commuter train to Stockholm City takes 20 minutes. Night buses run around the clock and stop at our usual stop. There is no parking available on our property but you can park on the street. Close to forest, nature, and lake. In Skogås and Länna there are grocery stores, gyms, swimming pool, and racket hall as well as various shops in Länna shopping center.
