I am renting out my flat in Kallio - Vaasankatu - apartment facing to a quiet side street and backyard, 5th floor with elevator. Furnished studio apartment 30m2 that feels a bit bigger as the bed is hidden in a corner behind curtains, the kitchen has an own room, bathroom plus large entrance with a lot of storage. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, espresso machine and grinder, soda stream, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower, large table with 5 chairs, sofa, coffee table, box spring bed, lots of storage in kitchen, entrance, attic. Free washing machine and dryer in basement, shared backyard, Tuesday eve sauna for free (women, men, mixed slots), if you want your private slot it is 20EUR/month. 900 EUR a month or 250 EUR a week (all costs inclusive: water, internet, electricity) Dates: probably the last week of October/ whole of November / parts of December (at least 20.12.-08.01. including Christmas and New Years) This could be interesting for visiting researchers/ artists/ interns/ exchange students or people who need to escape construction work in their apartments. The apartment is suitable for two persons / a couple as well. I rent of the apartment as I am travelling a lot for work and have a long-distance relationship paying rent in two countries. I am looking for a clean, reliable person that values my belongings, as this is not a Airbnb but you are allowed to use all of my things (kitchen ware, towels, bedsheets, etc.).
