A nice 1.5-room apartment for those who want to live alone or with a partner. The apartment is furnished with a sofa set, bed (120), dining table with chairs, and a small TV (if you want it). There is also the option to have kitchen utensils ready for use such as a kettle, frying pan, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc., so you don't need to buy anything at all, just move in. Hot water and heating are included in the rent, along with parking. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the building. There is also storage space one door away from the apartment. The apartment is nicely laid out so you have a living room/kitchen and a separate space for the bed and possibly a desk. The apartment is located 2-3 minutes from a bus stop. A 15-minute walk to the city center or 5 minutes by bus. There is a nice little courtyard with a nice view. I am renting out the apartment because I am moving in with my boyfriend for about 6 months to start with. If we want to continue living together, there is an option to extend the contract indefinitely, of course, we can discuss this further.
