The bedroom is large and spacious, with a bed, wardrobe, and a view of the treetops. The kitchen is in a separate room next to the living room and is fully equipped – you will find all necessary appliances, kitchenware, and tableware here. The bathroom is tiled, in good condition, with underfloor heating and a washing machine. About the area: We love our neighborhood, and we think you will enjoy it here as well. The apartment is a stone's throw from the Akerselva river and the old wooden houses in Maridalsveien, with walking paths along the river just outside the door. Iladalen park and Myraløkka are nearby, and in Sagene, you will find cozy cafés and bakeries – Mjøl Bakery is a local favorite. At the same time, you are only a short bike or tram ride from the city center, with excellent public transport connections in all directions. The building also has a very nice shared backyard with seating areas, a grill, and fruit trees – a little haven in the middle of the city.
