Welcome to our charming guest house, approximately 25 sqm in size, located next to a villa in a pleasant area near Nora Torg in Danderyd. The square offers a delightful deli, a small grocery store, and a bus stop just a stone's throw away. You can reach Mörby Centrum and its subway station in under fifteen minutes on foot or just five minutes by bus. Nature enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities nearby, including bathing in Edsviken, exploring beautiful forests, and enjoying golf courses for those who love to play. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave, along with basic necessities such as frying pans, pots, glasses, and cutlery. You'll also find a dining area with two chairs for pleasant meals. The bed is spacious and new, measuring 140 cm wide for a restful night's sleep. For entertainment, we've provided a TV with Google Chromecast. The bathroom is fresh and modern, featuring a toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer. On sunny days, you can enjoy your own outdoor patio complete with a table and chairs, giving you a piece of the garden to call your own. The rent includes internet, garbage collection, heating, water, and cleaning once per month. We kindly request that you are a non-smoker and that pets are not allowed.
