Grimstagatan, Vällingby

Hello, I'm renting out my cozy apartment in Vällingby just outside the Grimsta Nature Reserve. The bus stops right below the house and it's a 10-minute walk to Vällingby center. The apartment is large and bright with two balconies with morning and evening sun. There is a large kitchen, walk-in closet, and two bathrooms with washing machine. Water, electricity, and WiFi are included in the rent. I study in another city and since it's too far to commute, I'm renting out my apartment. I'm studying until the summer of 2028, so I'm looking for someone who wants to rent during that period or at least for a longer time. Best regards
