Villa for rent – 5 bedrooms, close to public transport, Gothenburg and Mölndal We are renting out our large and spacious villa and are flexible regarding the rental period. Therefore, we can agree on a solution that suits both parties. The house has 5 bedrooms and plenty of space. See the pictures for the floor plan and how the house looks. Please note: The pictures are real estate agent photos and the furniture visible in the pictures are NOT included in the rental. Only the following furniture and equipment will be available in the house: * TV * Sofa * Double bed * Dining table with chairs * Wardrobes Other furniture and items needed are arranged by the tenant themselves. If necessary, we can possibly arrange additional furniture by agreement. Very good location with proximity to Gothenburg, Mölndal, and Mölnlycke: * About 10 minutes by car to Mölndal * About 15 minutes by car to the Gothenburg Central Station * Express bus is about 100 meters from the house and takes you to Gothenburg Central Station in about 25 minutes * ICA is nearby, about 100 meters from the house * About 12 minutes walk to Mölnlycke center, or about 2 minutes by car * Preschools and schools are in the vicinity Electricity, water, and broadband are not included in the rent but are contracted and paid separately by the tenant.
