Due to work abroad, I am renting out my apartment for a longer period with the possibility for extension, after the association's approval. The apartment is in good condition and has a smart layout with two bedrooms or alternatively one bedroom and a study. Here you live in the heartbeat of the city with proximity to everything. A stone's throw from Slottskogen with large green spaces and 50 meters from Linnéplatsen, a hub for all communication. Suitable for 1-2 people or alternatively a small family. Water, heating, electricity, internet, and TV are included in the rent. Note: The apartment is rented out partially furnished. Due to limited storage space, basic furniture (sofa, coffee table, double bed, dining group) and a piano will remain in the apartment and cannot be stored away. If desired, we can leave kitchen utensils such as pots, kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaner, etc., which will be left after request.
